PAAPO(Pittsburgh Area African Professionals Organization)

We are committed to:

Bringing together professionals from Africa, their families and allies residing the broader Pittsburgh region.
Promoting and maintaining African cultures Providing mentorship and guidance within the African community with a particular focus on college students.

PAAPO members and friends meet up at least once monthly for a potluck to share culture, get to know each other, network, welcome new comers, discuss matters pertaining to Southwestern PA communities and plan for its multiple community outreach and phylanthropic activities.

PAAPO is a volunteer-based organization engaged through such programs as the PAAPO Seed Scholarship Fund for college students, PAAPO Mentorship, Students’ Care Packages, etc.
